USC Activate is an outdoor recreation group affiliated with the University of the Sunshine Coast. As a club we aim to engage our members in a range of outdoor pursuits to relieve the tedium of an otherwise dull academic life.

Activate prides itself on acceptance, openness and friendship, we are a group for every one. The club strives to bridge gaps between ethnicity, language and culture to create a friendly and unique atmosphere like non other within the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Activate is all about fun, friends and trying new things, we want everybody to feel included and encourage each person to challenge themselves.
We are all students, we are all just like you, we all want to make university more than just text books and journal articles.
USC Activate is open to all current students and staff of the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Activate participates in all manner of outdoor activities, including but not limited to;
• Bushwalking/hiking
• Surfing
• Standup paddle boarding
• SCUBA diving
• Cycling – road/path
• Mountain biking
• Rock climbing
• Abseiling
• Slackline
• Canoeing
• Kayaking
• Outrigging
• Camping
